Here’s a list of common questions we are asked by our customers.

How does Magnetic Therapy Work?

Magnetic Therapy works by applying magnetic fields to the body. The magnetic field is absorbed relaxing capillary walls, muscle and soft tissue. This creates the environment for improved blood flow and oxygen necessary to accelerate healing. Magnetic fields can block pain receptors and release endorphins, which is the body’s natural way of dealing with pain relief.

      Hi Geraldine,

Thanks for your question. The dog collars can be worn 24/7. If you want to give your dog a daily break then we advise a minimum use of 12 hours a day.

If you need any further info, just let me know.

      Kind regards,

      Hi Patricia,

Thanks for our question. The magnets last about 15 years. My dog likes to roll a lot (and gets it dirty) so I change hers every 12-18 months.

      Kind regards,
